The lender has right to foreclose based just on the fact that you transferred the property. So you may or may not get to stay for six months more. Who is it that is "helping" you and what is they are getting out of the deal? Did you pay them any fees? Is it their plan to buy the property for less than is owed? If you post a little more about the details, we might be able to give you better advice.
