Re: Is this for real????In Reply to: Is this for real???? posted by FHA 90 day rule WAIVED! on January 15, 2010 at 3:03 PM Today, the FHA rescinded its 90 day anti-flipping rule and will, for a period of 1 year, allow FHA buyers to obtain loans on properties that have been recently purchased by investors.
