Re: Secuity systemIn Reply to: Secuity system posted by Bob CA on January 14, 2010 at 7:26 PM : If a house is purchased at trustee sale and all utilities are off except electric, unoccupied, shades closed however there is an active security system in place, can the property be entered and security system removed. : The house was listed in MLS as a short sale however the list agent can not be reached. It states in MLS to call for alarm code. : Once I go in, I suspect the former owner will finally show up and demand cash for keys or else he will charge trespassing, theft or whatever he can to initimidate a cash settlement. : TDUS has been recorded and 24 hour notice to enter has been posted. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
