I have been asked by other investors to help them procur properties using 100% of their funds. I would primarly be responsible for finding the property and doing all the research including title, taxes and obviously helping ensure a profitable purchase. Does anyone currently do this and curious what kind of compensation you have worked out or split? Not sure what is reasonable and what others are doing. Follow Ups: Re: Investor Advice, What splits?
