: Yes I am in escrow. I want to know if that is something I would need to pay. That will be what makes me decide to back out or not. Steve
: : I am in escrow to buy a parcel that the seller acquired in a tax deed sale from Riverside County. It is land in an association. The prelim shows a lien from the association from BEFORE the tax sale. I am under the impression that the tax sale has wiped out that lien. Am I correct?
