So if a title company insures your title to the property with no exceptions, you've go nothing to worry about. And if they won't guarantee clear title then back out of the deal. ---------Ward : I am in escrow to buy a parcel that the seller acquired in a tax deed sale from Riverside County. It is land in an association. The prelim shows a lien from the association from BEFORE the tax sale. I am under the impression that the tax sale has wiped out that lien. Am I correct?
