A little more time will do wonders...In Reply to: Riverside County Recorders office posted by Justin Williams on January 06, 2010 at 8:32 PM Justin, We teach how to do title searching via the county recorder's grantor/grantee index, AND where applicable, by document sequencing. You're not missing anything that a little more practice can't cure. And since your Riverside competitors won't be too motivated to do that for you, we're happy to help out. We'll call you, -------Ward
: I just completed Ward's 3 day training and have been getting to work. In the title searching portion of the training Eric teaches us to search the Grantor Grantee index by document number. However when I go to the recorders office, I don't see that as an option here in Riverside like it is in San Diego...I am still new at this, but am learning quickly. Anyone know if I am missing something? Any tips on doing title research in Riverside county would be appreciated!!! : Thanks in advance!!! : Justin
