Yes, it's true. I wouldn't call the plan a "Freeloader's Plan" though.
If a tenant is living in a property that their landlord didn't pay the
mortgage on and the property is foreclosed, the tenants should have
some type of protection. I think Obama and the Feds realize that there
were a lot of Deadbeat investors/landlords out there that would collect
rent from tenants but not pay the mortgage on the property. So Good
Job Obama, and good break for Tenants with Deadbeat Landlords.
