They have the real info on what is happening in your area, insofar as the listed props. ForeclosureRadar dot com is good for Auctions and Pre-Foreclosures. Then the county tax assessor is good for checking on outstanding tax liens. The county records is good for a trail of recordings against the prop and the home owner.
