In fact, he did not even open the door. Did not answer the phone call. A few weeks later the Sheriff broke the door open, turned out, the guy hat shot himself. If I remember right, he had bought for $420k, FMV was $600k, because of the suicide, he had sell so low, he just broke even. Follow Ups: And yet another viewpoint...
