: No matter how efficient/effective these cool new tools are, they're still expensive to implement, at least initially. Such technology isn't free. Are you one of those California citizens who wants attractive services but are not willing to pay for them through higher taxes?

They already have the data scanned into their local network. It does not cost that much to take the same information and put it online. Look at what a Pinal County in AZ has:

They are broker than L.A. County as they are the foreclosure capitol of AZ.
