LPS isn't complete. LPS can't and doesn't gather all trustee info. I've seen plenty and know of many sales that were never in the listing. There are other sources, including paid services, that foreclosure investors use. Also, the most up to date info before the sale (besides attending) is the trustee's sale phone line.

: Dear Foreclosure Friends,
: I am using fidelityasap.com (aka. LPS) to identify potential foreclosures to bid on at auction in Maricopa County, AZ. Prior to the auction, many items do not have an "opening bid amount" or a "Notice of Sale amount" within the LPS listing. I normally do not pay attention to these items because there are too many entries which do contain this information. However, after the auction day has ended I notice these properties are being purchased....cheaply. So, how did the bidders know about the potential of these properties when the information was not available? What am I missing?

: Andy
