Your statement (incorrect, AFAIK)

Instead, you probably meant: (All, As far as I know, no legal advice,
and I learn law from the back of fortune cookies)

"formerly, renters had 60 days to vacate".

Now you need to, honor their lease, or, if you personally want to move in,
give them 90 days. During these 90 days, they owe you rent.

If you record your deed within 15 days of the sale, they owe you rent starting from the date of the sale.
