I looked last night and was still showing comps and transaction info. I dont think they have eliminated it from their database, possibly only from title profiles. (I dont use firstam for title profiles). : One of the sources of comps and transaction history : which we use is 'AgentFirst' provide thru our title company, : First American. : Both of these items have been removed from this database, : along with some others. : I called our rep here in town and she said these are changes : required be the state dept of insurance. : Something to do with title companies 'steering' customers : to them. : Anyone else seeing this change?
