Practically everyone else who qualifies as an expert in this field is an attorney or otherwise has a legal background. If you do not have a legal background, then you have never handled a probate case, right? IMHO, a lack of any legal training WIPES OFF! WIPES OFF WIPES! any claims to special expertise. Flame on.
