Does it also fall in the catagory? Skimmer : Several people I know continue to use tag lines on their emails advertising the interest rates they'd offer would-be trust deed lenders. I'm not aware of any of these folks being licensed. : I’ve had private conversations with a few people warning that this is really bad business and fraught with danger from several different angles and agencies.
