Frankly I still want to think the sheriff made a mistake. I mean what idiotic attorney would put their license on the line for a $5k case. Can you believe that? From what I heard from the sheriff, the judge did assign someone to the task on this guy. I'll put up the TRO on a website if you folks are interested to see it. The federal case does exist and we are named as defendants along with the lender, trustee etc (never served) but the TRO does not exist. And I still like to think the judge, the assistant or the sheriff made a mistake. I mean, why would any real attorney do such a thing. I have his business card, so I'll post his name if interested.
