You'd be in way more than a year to do multiple probates and guardianships. You don't need the education that deal would give you. Seriously. Foreclosure is often the best way when the probate situation can't be (relatively) easily solved. That being said, if you said the property was worth $350K and the heirs need $100K....that one I can work with. :) Please do keep us posted. Thanks!
