Furthermore the lien is for unpaid property taxes, an area I'm very familiar with. The problem with that approach is that it would take well over a year, and there would be no educational value in it for me. Before I read your responses, I thought this was an ideal case to get hands-on training on working probate deals in my state and would result in about the same financial outcome.
