Worst Lockout ever - attorney gave fake federal court order to Sheriff to halt lockout

Posted by Cyrus on June 20, 2009 at 2:08 PM

Foreclosed owner got an attorney to halt lockout several times. After various actions thru the superior court, the attorney filed a suit with the federal court to reverse the trustee sale that took place months ago and faxed a forged court order to the Sheriff to stop the lockout on Friday a week ago.

This was the Pasadena Sheriff dept which is so much more helpful and by far more intelligent than the monkeys in downtown LA. The sheriff did a pacer search and did not find the TRO. They called on Friday telling us about it and said this would delay everything, but then called on Monday morning and asked how quickly we could show up for the lockout.

They had contacted the federal judge's clerk who had stated the signature did not match. The clerk had shown the order to the judge who confirmed he had never issued such order.

Now just imagine, going for a lockout, where the occupants are at work and they have been smug all along that their attorney would keep their home. If the idiots had given me their contact number the few times I begged them, I could have alerted them. Imagine changing the locks and being left alone in a home where the occupants including a big angry father are coming soon not knowing they have lost possession. They had not even moved a photo frame assured they'd be living there for good.

They showed up after I had sent my helper to buy more padlocks and chains. I was cautious enough to screw shut the loose backdoor with L-brackets. What followed was a scene with them trying to get in and me holding their little dogs, rabbits and what have ya and calling the cops.

I had the house bagged up by the evening and by the next day they were calm enough to take the stuff in a truck.

By far, the worst lockout I have had, all due to some insane attorney.

I still cannot believe the attorney had risked his license with such a stupid move. I am just happy to have possession finally.
