I've spent a good part of 2 years and far too many dollars creating an Industrial Thrift. SEC was the least of the problems. I could go on.

An Industrial Thrift is like a large commercial line of credit. It is (was) sponsored by Bear Stearns. Now if you know about BS, you have SOME idea of the extent of the issues.

Bottom line, if you can avoid going through what we did, do that.

We still don't have our first draw.

Our new sponser, JP Morgan is promising we'll be online by August. I will keep you posted.

: : : well mike if the securities is need no problem on that :) i think about that already bud. Which one is the one i need 24,7 or 66? you can help me on that if you want bud.

: : RRM,

: :
: : OK, why didn't you mention you knew about the SEC registration in you post.
: : Good luck with your deal, Bud.

: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

: This makes me wonder; how many of you have involved yourself
: with SEC registration? In other words have your activities
: required those steps?

: By the way it may be helpful to readers of this forum
: if fewer abbreviations and lingo were used.

: We are here to learn.
