SEC was the least of the problems. I could go on. An Industrial Thrift is like a large commercial line of credit. It is (was) sponsored by Bear Stearns. Now if you know about BS, you have SOME idea of the extent of the issues. Bottom line, if you can avoid going through what we did, do that. We still don't have our first draw. Our new sponser, JP Morgan is promising we'll be online by August. I will keep you posted.
