a smooth evictionWhen sheriff, lock smith and I arrived at the property this afternoon, we found the house was vacant. Neighbors said they moved out last night in a hurry. My eviction attorney called me yesterday said they still tried to find an attorney to fight back at the last minutes yesterday. After his attorney talked on phone with my attorney, his attorney decided not to represent him to fight back. So my attorney asked me to go ahead to do it as it has been scheduled which is today. This is a smooth eviction that started 36 days ago with a "3 days to quit" notice. Luckily, they didn¡¯t hire an attorney at the beginning, otherwise it might delay the process. Although previous owner took away 3 double-pane windows, all appliance, it is not big deal. Skimmer
