Well, knowing what you know about trust deeds in CA....wouldn't you just call the loan due? Or is there some unspoken rule that reinstating has to be accepted?


: If I own the first and the trustors in default, I'd rather be paid off than reinstated. By that time, I'm pretty tired of the deal and don't want to look at it anymore.

: Being offered the opportunity to re-live the thrill of having to wait that much longer to get money returned isn't very appealling.

: Having a 2nd reinstate me, or 3rd party buyer from the 2nd's T-sale bring me current, may make me really cranky.
