I know many happen at the county court house or even at the representing attorney's office but is there a list or publication that is available? I'm located in the Phoenix area (maricopa county). Would love to participate in some of these. In Maricopa County all the information about the sales is on the internet. The County Recorders Office has a web site where you can search for properties based upon your criteria. It's been a while since I was researching there, but all the information is readily available on-line. There is no need to go through a third party to get the information. Some sales are held downtown in front of the courthouse. Others are held at the offices of the two major law firms that do trustees sales in the county. A few are done at individual lawyers offices for individula sales, but those are a minority. Everything you want to know is contained in the NOD recorded at the County Recorders Office.
