Posted by Big Red Machine on June 14, 2009 at 4:03 PM Hello ward here is a scenario, i have A real state broker who wants to partner up with me to raise cash from investors because he don't have the skill or the time, i think the second one is more of the like. I want to partner up with this guy but i just don't want to give him all this information about the investors and once he has them he will just take me to the curb and good bye partnership so how can i structure this so 1. I can get paid for raising the money. 2. so that list of investor that i built stay with me. 3.so the the investor money is sucure with me and not the broker. 4.
