Seems to meIn Reply to: last minute postponemets posted by gc on June 12, 2009 at 4:03 PM It seems to me that most trustees only update/publish the confirmed trustee sales infomation at the last minutes. So it is normally in the morning of the day that the houses will go to sell. Skimmer : Most of the trustee sales that I have been to, get postponed literally at last minute. Is there a logical explanation to that? Is it usually because the homeowner is trying to negotiate with the bank etc? What seems to be the main reason?
