So it is normally in the morning of the day that the houses will go to sell. Skimmer : Most of the trustee sales that I have been to, get postponed literally at last minute. Is there a logical explanation to that? Is it usually because the homeowner is trying to negotiate with the bank etc? What seems to be the main reason?
