The reason you are hesitant is that you are not certain about the soundness of your decision.

Ward’s training will give you the tools to clearly identify what is an opportunity from one that is marginal. Everyone’s tolerance for risk is different. Greater the risk does not necessarily mean greater the reward. IE “Some of the most profitable deals I’ve done are the ones I’ve passed on!”

Ward is a great place to start, put in the legwork and you will clearly see the truth from the false. When a real deal is uncovered you will be ready to pounce!
