I've had many assistants in the past, and it is a great arrangement with someone ambitious like you and a Realtor who doesn't mind taking some time to train you in regard to the laws etc. My assistants were my life-savers for time management, highly intelligent people that have some fear of test-taking, hence not getting their RE license and making the "real" money. : : What about the term "real estate consultant" Some lady is trying to sell a program stating you could bring two parties together-sounds strange to me but thought I would mention it. Any comments would be apprieciated and thank you in advance. : You could buy a property and resell it with a double closing. You can tie up a deal with an Option to Purchase and Sell that. You could earn a finder fee from an investor. You can't get a commission for bringing a Buyer and Seller together without a license.
