Anyone trying to buy the note at discount will do the work for you. : And yes these kinds of deals are not very common. At the least the sales price is increased some but with zip interest the numbers are still great. : Plus if the seller is elderly you may find yourself in court down the road if you don't protect yourself at the time of purchase. : BTI BTI, What is the best way of protecting oneself from this in your opinion?
