I propose a fairness doctrine to balance the website that you must respond to any of those posters who shoot from the hip. There are only a couple, so it shouldn't put any undo burden on you. LOL. Some investors are always jumping the gun on repairs, even before they have the deed. I'll spare the war stories. I always try to read your responses even it's been several days ago.
