Posted by Brian D on June 08, 2009 at 10:55 AM I'm seriously looking to jump into the real estate investing arena and find the probate angle interesting. I've started investing in tax liens for the first time this year and looking to build from there. I've been on both of these guy's websites, read countless reviews however, never seen a "side-by-side" comparison/contrast of each course. It would be nice to be able to know upfront what advantages or shortcomings of each course. Has anyone used both systems who can share their comments? I'm located in the metro-Phoenix area.
