and there amigos were buying!
affordability = align the numbers game with all the players and
even what is surely unaffordable is affordable and not only
can we afford it, we can take out another $100K for the Hummer,
and now even afford to not make any payments for 6 - 9 months,
get the NOD, the NTS and afford to file the bankruptcy, get
another 1-9 months free housing. Lets see I just AFFORDED myself
$100, 000 paper equity pull out, lets see, 18 months free housing
valued at $3K/month that's an affordable savings of $54,000.
So: $148,000 PROFIT by screwing the tax payer in an affordable
way.

Tim Green and his wife, Loretta, got the urge to move to Marathon, Fla., in the Florida Keys from a Detroit suburb less than a decade ago while watching a television beer commercial that showed palm trees lit with Christmas lights. They brought with them their multimillion-dollar company that develops software for broadband Web streaming.

“It’s great to bring clients down here,” Green said. “When you say you’re in the Keys and your clients are up north, it’s not too hard to get them to come visit you to see what your offer is.”

: Where can I find what the median house affordability is at in California? According to Bruce Norris, once affordability hits arround 35-40%, the balance tips the other way.
