A problem could occur...In Reply to: Re: Examples of portfolio lenders posted by BR on June 05, 2009 at 3:00 PM ...if the end buyer says, "But I want to obtain a loan from Provident Funding. They have the best rates." Indeed they do, but they're legendary for being sticklers and they surely wouldn't approve a property you bought for $X and sold a month later for $Y. What are you going to say to your end buyer--"you can't use that lender because they don't approve that I made a profit?" In other words, seller title seasoning requirements are your--not the end buyer's--problem.
