All her system focus on teaching you how to be a "cold call boy" to buy "pre-foreclosure". She is not experienced on trustee sale. Read the book she writes on trustee sale, all examples are other people's stories, not herself. If that is your style, then go for it. Otherwise, go with Ward's style, door knocking or trustee sale.
