There is no doubt in my mind that Ward's training is by far the most effective and efficient way to become sufficiently prepared to work foreclosures.

I would even estimate that I've referred as referred as many, or perhaps more, trainees to him as anyone else, not just because I like Ward and admire his training program, but because I sincerely think it's in the best interest of the people that I've sent.

Ward's training will give you the tools that you need to research title on prospective target properties and how to properly document the deals you do.

However, the one ingredient that Ward can't provide you is you'll ability to take the knowledge and implement it.

IF there was one thing that is missing from many would-be foreclosure investor's well thought-out plan, it is taking ACTION. I know plenty of people that go to seminars, some who I have personally encouraged to attend, including Ward's training, and yet they fail to execute their plans.

You can find opportunities, research the heck out of them, reverse-engineer the facts, develop a brilliant entrance and exit plan, and go stand beside the property and gaze at its potential, but unless you ultimately "pull the trigger" it'll just be another wish.

IF wishes were fishes, all men (and women) would eat!

So, I would strongly encourage you to find a way to make certain that you will, in fact, take the action step.

And if that means sharing your fish with another more experienced fisherman while you develop more experience, you can still dine well on part of a fish.
