Thank you. I've taken the Title Holding Trust Training, 3 Day Foreclosure Training, and Raising Cash training. All are EXCELLENT and Ward is the real deal. I must admit that the first time I pulled into his office and saw his rather modest office I got a little nervous and begun to wonder had I done the right thing. Then Ward started talking and my fears were quickly put to rest. I've made the investment back in Ward's education many many times over. It is also true that you can continue to call him with questions well after the training. I've always found him accessible and you can't forget the number -- 619-BUD-LIGHT.
