Can you do a search, please? In Reply to: short sale in bankruptcy posted by Question on June 03, 2009 at 3:39 PM
We've discussed this topic to death. The search function should help you locate the threads but, basically, now that the homeowner has been discharged, a short sale can be accomplished, with the benefit to the homowner being that he can get a loan in two years vs. five years for foreclosure, provided, however, that he also achieves a FICO score of at least 680 by that time.
