LA & SD are included, but no specific OC. I presume that LA covers the entire LA County and likewise SD Cty. It's immaterial anyway as you use it to give you a general idea. As always there are so many nuances within metropoitan areas, but you'll learn those as you gain experience with your farm area. Concentrate on a specific type of property within your farm area, and then branch out once you mastered that area. Learn everything you can about apprasials. Take a few residential appraisal course from the local Board of Realtors.
