the Senior would still be the Senior over any Juniors and would
still be outstanding and a cloud on the title, which anyone
buying the prop would have to deal with. A title rep would be
more than happy to give you some info, just be nice enough to
return the favor with some business.

: ok, but in this case the senior is foreclosing, however the 2nd had the NOD recorded first. Is that a problem for the senior?
