: Hello everyone:
: We have 2 rental properties that are paid off and want to take equity out of them. Most major banks don't offer equity loan on investment properties any more. Any suggestion who else may offer?
: I am looking for good rate too, like 5% to 6%.
: Thank you for your advice in advance!

Find a third property which has the right amount of equity, then buy it with a new trust deed which uses one of the first properties as security. Sell the third property, and you have your cash.

The former owner of the third property jas just become your bank.
