Do not think of going to an auction without his title search training. MeGee is way overpriced and does not have the title search training that Ward does. You will hear it over and over here, but Ward will give you the training you need at a fair price, plus he's very generous with follow up help, if you need it. You can go his reunion at the end of February each year and ask his grads what they think. Why waste your money someplace else? Regarding RETRAN, yes, it is a very good service for the LA area, plus it will give you the last 10 open liens on a property.
