But some of these programs have a major time committment too. Anyway, I appreciate everyones advice, esp., the few of you who are so nice as to take time out of your busy days to advise people like me, without capping on us! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I use to be quick on my feet, but being loaded with pain meds slows me down and I know it shows, but oh well, if folks can't accept the slow persistant folks like me, then may they be blessed with what they give! : ...to make so much money that it doesn't matter that you blew a few thousand dollars on dubious training materials promoted by a few fast-talkin' blowhards. : Someone gave me this insightful device many years ago and it helps me put things in perspective: : "If the worst thing that ever happens to me is [insert perceived catastrophe here => I got suckered into buying useless real estate training materials], I will have lived a charmed life." : There are very few events one can insert in the blank that make much difference in the long run.
