I'm so happy to be out of the Tenant business, I had no backbone and my Tenants managed me, yes I know not a good thing to admit; I'm a sucker and a bleeding heart, not good Landlord material. If I ever get back in that game, it will be on the COMMERCIAL side only, but right now I bet some Landlords on the commercial end are in dire straights?! : Is it true that you need to give 90 day notice to a tenant after foreclosure and with a valid lease they get to stay for its duration effective 5/1/09?
