Yea, you should read the article before you comment on something you obviously don't know anything about!

The issue is: will title companies consider a judgment wiped off because of the prior recorded OP.

And if you were the judgment holder, would you take legal action because your judgment was wiped off the property because of a OP with a 20 or 30 year term?

Because of this point, a friendly deed of trust with a 30 year term seems to me to provide better protection of equity.
