I'm not so sure we can use previous models for when the market
will turn, plus trying to go with a CA average would be ridiculous
considering the variations in areas. I'd concentrate on your area
for stats and then take it from there, remember unemployment, etc
will play into it. This is unlike any real estate crashes we
have ever had in the past, I expect it to last for years and
years in the hard hit cities. Good Luck!


: Where can I find what the median house affordability is at in California? According to Bruce Norris, once affordability hits arround 35-40%, the balance tips the other way.
