I agree 100%. The one thing I have learned in doing business here is that there are very few successful investors who are able to build a system and keep it going for more than a few years. The market fluctuations here are big and often compared to other places. I don't take The Norris Group training because I am mainly a sub2 buyer, but part of what they teach is what to do and when to do it. Best to avoid anybody selling you a system especially if they are from out of state.
