One, in particular, I know accurately to be a sham using an alias name! Take your time, watch how the people walk who have the most to gain (stakeholders). Form you own opinions from your own observations. When looking for sage advise, recognize that when the oracle points the finger to the moon, all some people will see is the finger. More advice: I don't care if you're brand new to real estate or a seasoned veteran, active or on the sidelines, If you really want to know what other people are thinking, watch their feet!
