He seems like a nice enough guy, but I'm just being honest... I was not impressed. I attended a seminar and purchased a package... not worth the time or money. Now he is obviously good at something and all I see so far is the package pushing, even I hit them up as both an investor wanting to utilize their system to purchase distressed properties and also as a money-man (woman), you know what I got??? The run-around and another brochure in the mail trying to sell the "packages". I can only imagine where an individual with no RE background would end up in their investment goals with Bruce's packages. He's got an historic understanding of both up and down markets. There are a few on this board who credit him with helping them earn and keep (literally) millions.
