For $750 you get a 2 day intensive, one Saturday in class, learning RETRAN (which I have never used and have not subscribed to, if anyone has... feedback greatly appreciated)and then the following Monday, 8am - 2pm in the field, at auction etc., then if you want the guarantee that the training works, you must spend 20 consecutive business days, 8am-2pm and buy a property, he guarantees a $40,000 gross profit on that purchase. He then takes 2% commission of the purchase price of that property for the 20day hands-on training. Which if you have a $40,000 gross profit, what's a few thousand, right?!
