Great! Thanks! I'll review the info here, somehow I missed
that tool here. I was seriously considering doing a hands-on
up in LA but it is a big time committment, 1 day in the
classroom learning RETRAN and then 1 day out in the field, then
there is a guarantee if you spend 5 business days from 8a-2pm
for 20 consecutive business days to win your 1st bid with a
gross profit of $40K, and then he wants 2% commission on the
purchase and a sign-off on something (maybe future purchases?).
Has anyone heard of this type of arrangement? Any feed-back?
Thank you.

: That's what, in part, this site is all about.

: Ward teaches title training. THat's the system we use.

: Check out his training programs on the left side bar. IT's the best investment in your training that you'll probably even get.

: Many people take the 3 day title AND foreclosure training, however the one-day title records research would be the one essential course to take at minumum. The primary reason is because it's not practical to use a title company to do the work due to time/volume/cost contraints. So, pro's learn to do their own research (or pay staff members to do so).

: On the plus side, not only will you avoid/minimize bidding errors but you'll find plenty of ways to make money with the title research skills that you develop (profit center, not just a cost avoidance measure).

: Hope this helps!
